"This was one of the best hotel stays we have had. The gardens are pristine as they serve as the location for the Ortoristorante, also located on-site. We ate there and the food was exceptional. "I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"The house is large and the garden is really nice and huge, cozy and well kept. It was really nice for our dog. There's a nice barbecue grill as well. The house is a little bit dated, but this is not really a problem, except for the ceiling that seems to have water ingress and is disintegrating. There's air conditioning in the living room and in one of the 3 bedrooms. My issue was with the cleanliness. Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius.
