Cheryl the manager was absolutely amazing!

We had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the location is walking distance to the waterfront and all the sites. The lobby has great views. Our flight was leaving later in the day and we were given late check-out until 2pm which is very generous compared to any other hotel properties we’ve stayed.

Overall, the room was a very good value. The location cannot be beat as Pike Place Market is just a 1 minute walk and the waterfront was just 5 minutes down the hill. It is also very close to the train station making it easy to and from the airport. The unit was clean and well equipped and the bed, while low, was comfortable. The staff was helpful in taking our bags for early arrival and late departure, although the front desk was little more than a coat closet which was a little odd. The tv had only Roku, which limited the viewing options. Overall it was a very good stay and would likely stay again.

The amount of homeless people whacked out on drugs and begging for money & cigarettes is awful!

The view from the 24th floor was amazing! The overall setting of the hotel was relaxing, easy on the eye and quiet which is just what was needed for our staycation! The complimentary drink and the welcoming bar tender was a great touch!
