This unit was in a convenient area, within walking distance of everything we needed to do. It wasn't a large room, but good for a few days, especially considering we spent most of our time out and about. I would book it again.

The person who initially checked us in was not very accomodating nor friendly. He expected us to know how to get around the property without explaining. I had to probe it out of him such as parking, giving us green bracelets without explaining what it’s for or should when why should we wear them. We stayed in a 2 BR/ 1 bath unit. The unit only had 2 towels when more than 4 people were registered. We had to call to request and wait a long time. Soap, shampoo & conditioner were also limited. The unit itself was quite clean but lacks mirror to check your outfit. Only morror is located in the bathroom which one cannot use when someone is using it. Otherwise, everything else is clean, new and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is $35 a night. Would I prefer to stay in this hotel again? Nah, there are other options out there. Where staff really make an effort to make your stay convenient, comfortable and friendly.

There room was great but you can smell the cigarette anywhere outside of the room

Don't stay here if you don't like orange and black and way too many mirrors in the bathroom (and toilet!)....the decor was, um, different.

Located in an industrial area which felt somewhat unsafe. The person at the front desk was clearly uninterested in being there. My unit had a fridge. When I went to put a drink in, there was still left over food from a previous guest. There were also dirty dishes in the unit’s dishwasher. When I talked to the front desk, they just said they were sorry. There was no offer of a way to make it right in some way.
