Great staff. The breakfast was good, they have real eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, bagels, cereal, milk, juices, etc.. the heated pool was a bit chilly but not too bad we still got in, room was clean and beds were comfy.

The pictures on Expedia looked NOTHING like our room. I had to clean the toilet, counters and shower after we got in our room. Light bulbs were burnt out so lighting was poor. There were urine streaks down the toilet. The carpeting, furniture, decor and EVERYTHING was dingy. There were fingerprints and smudges on every door frame and mirror and switch. The fridge was unplugged so we couldn’t unload our cooler. The outlets were worn so curling irons wouldn’t stay plugged in. They kept falling out. It was just one thing after another. We thought by staying here we would save money but I would rather pay the Savannah prices than have this headache. Don’t do it. Only good thing is the staff was super nice!

There was urine in the toilet and on the floor when we arrived to our room after checking in. There were toys from previous guests under the table and a q-tip under the foot of the bed. I don’t think the room had been cleaned at all after the last guests.

The book this room 3 weeks Advanced paid for I get there and there's no room for me it was giving away to a large group of people the worst customer service I've ever seen
