One side of our bed, the outlets did not work. It was noisy, heard what seemed like everything. I'm pretty sure i heard someone sneeze outside (15th floor). Some areas need updating. The entry looks nice but the hallways were sooo warm! Was next/near the train, could hear it wasnt so bad but maybe more or better insulation in the walls? Would i stay there again? Im not sure.

The room was wonderful,decor tastefully done. The bad new is at 8:30 Sunday morning we were awakened by a cement mixer churning and workmen on the roof. The ice maker did not work. There were no instructions for the television,all we wanted were the local channels. There was no number to call to answer any questions. The location was just what we needed,walkable to the marina. It’s a shame we were not notified there would be workmen there the entire two days of our stay. we hope to try again at a latter time but this time we were disappointed.

Cute place, nicest staff, very well themed room

Very friendly staff, huge bathroom, great tv, incredible food.

It definitely could use some updates pot holes the room i had wasn't to bad but the bed was broken, the hallway looked like it had been swept for a couple days. Definitely a nice neighborhood area around it? That's why I was surprised that the hotel seemed kind of run down. That's why I say if it's gonna be in a nice neighborhood, they could use some updates to get more people to stay
