Room is ok, old and needed some upgrade. The tub has stains and lights were very dim. The conditioner and body wash are empty. The hotel room door is difficult to open, we had to push and pull it hard to open. Pool is very hazy and dirty, also they don’t have any shower in the pool area. We also had a hard time going in and out of their parking garage. It doesn’t open automatically even if you register your car with the front desk. You have to call them so they can open it for you. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not helpful at all. Very rude and snappy. She only gave 1 keycard to my friend when the standard is 2 keycards per room. Their buffet is quite expensive and not worth the money: the potatoes are hard, eggs are bland, not a lot of choices. Their servers are really nice and helpful though. Lastly, the location is accessible, only walking distance to downtown area.

Property is fine on every aspect, but the guest rooms must’ve get updated with new phone charges still have the old USB outlet

Central location, 5 min walk to main train station, secure with after hours and elevator key access required. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not large but was sufficient and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower. Lights over the sink could be brighter. Large TV. Maid attended to the room every day and replaced the towels. Minibar and safe in the room. Robes and umbrella available in the large wardrobe.

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Room was Great…. Blackout screens erre eccellente….. large screen was superb.
