Complete remodel in November 2020, Beautifully designed contemporary villa in the middle of the rainforest with spectacular views from this exquisite two-story tropical vacation home, ideal for nature lovers looking for a secluded space that is only a 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach. Located in a private gated-community 2km away from the highway, the perfect uncrowded location, only 17 minutes from Dominical, and 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio National park. Are you ready to explore the south pacific region of Costa Rica?
It features spacious terraces and balconies, an infinity pool with a huge sun deck, outdoor living spaces, Wi Fi, a full kitchen, satellite TV, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor comes with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a partial ocean view. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and share a large bathroom.
