"Really smooth and easy check-in. Clean and nicely equipped room, good bed, lovely surroundings. Didn’t have our own shower which wasn’t clear when we booked but it worked out ok in the end - showers (two shared showers) were nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems getting access. And we did have our own toilet. Really nice breakfast which even included freshly made waffles with whipped cream and jam. Nice little shop there as well. "I recently stayed at the Clarion The Hub Hotel and overall the hotel is very nice. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. However, this is the second time I have stayed here and unfortunately the steam room in the spa area was not working again. That was disappointing because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities after a long day. Aside from that issue, the staff were pleasant and the hotel itself is beautiful. I just hope the steam room is repaired soon so guests can fully enjoy the amenities the hotel advertises."

"Room was very clean but i believe the greatest strength of the hotel, is it staff! They are super! My wife wasn’t well and they helped to try make us as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated it! It’s also very well located as it’s about a 5 or 6 min walk from the line 19 station and in 20 mins you’re quite close to the city. The only thing that’s not so great is the design of the shower. The bathroom has a swinging shower door Instead a fixed shower door. Likely because the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. This means that water gets out of the shower and into the area around the toilet. I believe there must be ways to easily fix this as it’s annoying to have water everywhere. "

"Really enjoyed a two night weekend stay here. The hotel has such a strong aesthetic so if you like the photos, you’ll love it throughout. The room is so cosy, I loved the window seat for ready and the bed was so comfortable. It’s easy to link the TV to devices. The bathroom was great. Even at peak times the wait for a lift was short. Breakfast was delicious but believe them when they tell you the busier times and avoid if you can. We loved networking in the cargo net and The Nest bar on the roof was just fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here again!"
