“Tenía reserva PAGADA para 2 adultos y 1 niño de 15 años. Al llegar la cama supletoria estaba preparada en la habitación sin más comentarios. Pero al hacer el Checkout nos quisieron cobrar la cama supletoria a mayores. No sabían cuánto pedirnos porque no funcionaba el ordenador y nos hicieron esperar media hora a que llegara el responsable. Cuando vino nos pidió 103€ que era bastante más que el coste total de la habitación. Finalmente decidimos restarle lo que ya habíamos pagado y le dimos 25€...
