"The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"Superbe appartement, qui bénéficie d'une terrasse magnifique surplombant les immeubles ! C'est grâce à elle que j'ai pu voir les feux d'artifice de toutes les couleurs, le soir du Nouvel An !! L'appartement est certes un peu excentré et dans un quartier populaire, mais on est à 25 min à pied du centre et on bénéficie d'une belle tranquillité ! Et quel bonheur de dormir devant l'église Saint-Rémi ! Comment ne pas se sentir protégé devant un tel monument sacré ? J'ai été parfaitement accueillie...

"Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly."

"Nice apartment, good location but not really a nice local area, lots of litter etc. Plus they are doing improvement works in the area which detract from the stay. This isn't the host's fault but made the stay slightly less nice than i hoped."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen und sieht genauso gut aus, wie sie beschrieben ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und groß. Die Küche mit dem Tresen ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Restaurants gibt es allerdings nur sehr wenige in der Umgebung, aber der Bäcker gegenüber ist sehr lecker. Iva ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat sich bei Problemen gut um alles gekümmert."

"This place is located right the middle of Brussels but yet you can still get to it by car. It was so convenient to stay there, we could reach everything by foot. A great place to be, we loved the long beds and linen - for us tall people we usually struggle! The place is very cosy and the separation between living area (top floor) and bed&bath rooms was well designed.
