“We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. ”

It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.”
