“Hotel ist noch im 20. Jhd. Insgesamt ein abgewohnter Eindruck. Es fuhr nur ein Fahrstuhl und beim Frühstück waren die Spiegeleier komplett kalt. Frühstück zur Rushhour ist nicht die beste Idee.”

“Wir hatten wieder einmal ein rundum wunderschönes Wochenende im Schlossberg Hotel in Neustadt/Orla. Schon die Anreise war wieder völlig unkompliziert und das Einschecken verlief schnell, freundlich und absolut reibungslos, so beginnt Erholung von der ersten Minute an. Das Mittagessen, die Getränke sowie das Frühstück waren schlichtweg hervorragend. Qualität, Auswahl und Geschmack lassen keine Wünsche offen. Bei Marion merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt,……

“This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all……

“The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site. Fortunately I have my laptop so could login to the Expedia website and follow the link. If I didn’t have the laptop it would have been very hard to do the checkin. There is nobody at the property to help, no reception or front desk or anybody. It is all based on the code that is supposed to be sent you after finishing a……

“EIn wunderbares Hotel, direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Ich habe den Kurzaufenthalt sehr genossen, das Zimmer und Dusche und WC waren sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack reichlich vorhanden, es gab sogar bittere Orangenmarmelade, meine absolute Lieblingsmarmelade. Die Besitzerin, Frau Eulenstein, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Veronika”
