The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but this had been announced several times beforehand and it remained quiet during the evening and at night.
The service at reception and in the restaurant was extremely friendly. The hotel is showing its age, but as mentioned, it has been partially renovated. I think I was given a new room – it was large and spacious, with a great design. The minibar was free – and the location is brilliant, right next to Signal Iduna Park.
