One of the best

I truly had an amazing time in the hotel - I didn't know about this chain of hotels till coming here to Kazakhstan but it's comparable to hotels you would find in the Philippines and Indonesia - one of the best I've ever been in.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. One only needs to walk out the door of hotel to beautiful walking, cycling, or quading trails. Plus there's the lake. Add to this the beautiful rooms and amenities--it seems like a win-win situation. However, we would only recommend it to families. The reason for is that the hotel's clientele seems to be young families who are looking for a 5 star accommodation that allows kids to be unsupervised. Kids were playing ping pong and soccer in the lobby (when the hotel has a sports centre), hallways and restaurants became ad-hoc play areas, even a massage became a challenge as one little tyke kept coming into the room. The problem: the hotel did not have any control over the kids or parents, so the place was in a state of continued chaos. To be fair, this was a long weekend, so Borovoe was busy and perhaps there were more people at the hotel than usual (we asked about but couldn't get a clear answer); yet, this is the most expensive hotel in the area and because of that we expected a relaxing weekend. Try Kokshetau instead.

In the middle of autumn, most trees had changed color. But the smaller crowds and cool clean air made relaxing there a real treat. The spa services and fitness center were very good. The food at The Bar was also delicious with a varied menu.

Отличный отель, отличный отдых, который подарил нам массу приятных, теплых, осенних впечатлений. Спасибо всему персоналу, в частности, хаус киперам и озеленителям территории, которые подходят к своей работе с особой любовью и вниманием! Также хочется поблагодарить весь персонал отеля, который старается сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Кухня, как всегда, выше всяких похвал! Еще из плюсов можно выделить отличную зону спа: чистую, опрятную, всегда со свежими полотенцами, теплой баней и теплым бассейном. Стоит отметить, что цены в ресторанах на территории отеля, как и в спа высокие. Развлечений в осенний период для взрослых мало, хотя рядом лес и что может быть лучше осеннего леса?! В номерах кабельное телевидение, бесплатные международные звонки и хороший вай-фай. В общем, впечатления от отеля остались положительными, здесь мы отдыхали уже в 3 раз и, надеюсь, что вернемся еще. Спасибо администрации отеля, что держите свой сервис на высоте!

Мы прожили в отеле 2 недели. Отель расположен на берегу озера Щучье, наша комната была с видом на озеро. Персонал в отеле очень дружелюбный. Но на на 5 день нашего пребывания, у нас случился инцидент. Горничная попыталась украсть деньги из моего кошелька, но была поймана с поличным моим супругом. Менеджер сказал, что девушка была уволена из отеля, что такое поведение недопустимо в 5 звездочном отеле. Доверие к отелю было подорвано. Если у вас есть ценные вещи, оставляйте их в сейфе. Не доверяйте даже самым лучшим отелям. Как говорят, не пойман - не вор. А кто знает, как много отдыхающих обокрала эта девушка. В наше пребывание был включен завтрак-буфет. Выбор очень большой.Все очень вкусно. В отеле отдыхает много семей с детьми. На территории находится детская площадка, горка с плюшками и детская комната, но они предназначены для более младшего возраста от 2 до 8 лет. Еще одним минусом, было отсутствие развлекательных программ.По вечерам была живая музыка, либо на лужайке, либо в баре. Но не было определенного расписания на несколько дней вперед. А могло бы быть в брошюрке на всю неделю, так ты знаешь, что если захочешь остаться в отеле, тебе будет чем заняться. Нам очень понравился бассейн и сауны, особенно эвкалиптовая. При повороте на Риксос нужен светофор, когда ты съезжаешь, то не видишь если по дороге едет навстречу машина из отеля. Таким образом происходят много аварий. Только в этом году, там произошло 20 столкновений.

Everything was great, we didnt get in to room before check in but they let us stay one hour more at check out day. Lake is nice, all the outside cafes were closed because of three weddings same time. The pizza at lobby with salmon is very good, everything else wasnt (we tried caesar and goat cheese sandwich). The tea cost more than a beer and the service is a bit slow. 9/10 overall. Spa doesnt have jaccuzzi and pool is shallow. There is 4 saunas total, best one was steam sauna with menthol smell.

"зимняя сказка" в сердце Борового

Отдыхали в отеле втроем в январе 2018. Ездили отмечать день рождения. Поездка, как и весь отдых, удалась. Отель заслуживает свою "5": и красиво, и уютно, и презентабельно и много всего самого доброго и светлого. Но более всего мы отметили хорошую работу персонала, начиная с рецепшн и далее все службы,в большинстве молодежь, которые создают замечательную атмосферу внимания, заинтересованности и участия. Как и все гости, отмечаем прекрасно организованное питание - так вкусно и разнообразно, пожалуй, нас нигде не кормили. Выражаем большую благодарность всему персоналу отеля за прекрасный отдых. В зоне спа ежедневно проходили занятия по фитнесу, также очень приглянулась парная с ментолом. К сожалению, душевых кабинок в раздевалке всего 2, нам повезло, было мало людей и эти душевые всегда были свободны, однако, в летнее время их явно не хватает. в остальном, спа-зона удовлетворила. Вкусный чай в баре спа, спокойная атмосфера и приятная непринужденная музыка. В отеле есть игровая комната, в которой бесплатно до 24.00 выдают настольные игры (гейм-зона не работает по понедельникам, в остальные дни с 16.00 до 24.00). Отдельно хотелось бы отметить менеджеров по работе с клиентами и персонал, убирающий номера. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись незамедлительно. Отдых удался! Надеемся еще не раз сюда приехать
