My only complaint was the ac was not cold enough for the bedroom or the downstairs..
It was a bit hot but other than that ever was great!
Great customer service and the coffee was definitely a super plus!

Great location, near museums, restaurants. The Metro, and the train station. Large, excellent breakfast. Air conditioning and good sized room.large bath with good amenities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt lucky to have chosen this hotel.

As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.
