Staff friendly. Feel safe with a guarded community. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds with pools and fire pits. Hot tub not working for a while but staff worked hard to get it up and running within 24 hours.

Thoroughly enjoyed individual penguin experience! Sea World involves LOTS of walking and often no shade so was difficult for people with mobility challenges. Need more cooling/airconditioned spots, too. And restaurants were closing 2-3 hours before the park did (?)

Stay away in June.. HORRIBLE money grabbing experience. Way too many people to be safe.. If you have money to toss away.. go to SeaWorld.. 25 - 35 to park.. 13 for a drink and get your walking legs on because most shows are closed and you will walk walk walk only to land back at Aquatica.. where it is bumper to bumper PEOPLE.. NO PEACE, NO FUN, JUST A MONEY GRABBER COMMERCIALIZED MESS!
