"Outdoor pool with view of the ocean was the best feature, in addition to a welcoming and friendly staff. Interior public (common) spaces need an update. Leaky lobby roof and questionable elevator performance were surprise features for such an upscale hotel. Would still recommend staying here."

"One of the worst rooms I've stayed in- holes in the wall, door frame completely chewed up by dogs, furniture broken, lights not working, stained sheets, outside area is pretty filthy. Luckily it quieted down after dark and I haven't seen any bugs, so that's a positive."
