“Okay for what I paid for”

“There wasn't a kitchen as advertised, but rather a microwave. There were pans but no stove to cook on. I bought the ingredients to make a stir fry thinking there were cooking facilities but I had to microwave them instead. The actual apartment was nice, to give it credit, but this is about the only positive experience. The host gave check in instructions but then communication was non-existent. I tried phoning the number given and no answer, I tried messaging to ask about parking and no……

“Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke……

“The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. ”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”

“Clean room. Very good location. Checking in and checking out was super simple and communication with the host was good. Very hot in summer due to being a limited amount of windows and no airflow but really good value for money”
