There was a lot of construction happening inside and outside of the hotel, so it was noisy. Staff at the front desk was not helpful and they seemed to not care to provide quality service - I asked for a room change and they were dismissive. Bar staff was also disorganized and all over the place and did not communicate amongst them - they got my order wrong.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so sadly it wasn't as pretty but they did best to minimize disruptions. The staff were pleasant. I have no complaints other than parking was incredibly expensive though we knew that ahead of time and I imagine its similar to other hotels in this area. There wasn't anything particularly special about this hotel but it provided a good nights rest in the area we wanted. I would stay again if I needed to stay downtown.
