We had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the location is walking distance to the waterfront and all the sites. The lobby has great views. Our flight was leaving later in the day and we were given late check-out until 2pm which is very generous compared to any other hotel properties we’ve stayed.

Probably my fave hotel in Seattle. It’s clean, sound proof, amazing resto on the 16th floor and location is great. Our hot water for the tub didn’t work though but forgivable because I love the hotel ♥️

Gorgeous hotel, nice fitness area, great amenities. The view from the restaurant was stunning but you're paying for the view, not the food, which was fine but underwhelming for the cost. Definitely recommend Lotte if you are looking for a quiet place to stay in downtown Seattle!

Our experience started with a warm friendly reception at Valet and at check in. Our room overlooked the water. Very unique (cool) design concepts in the room and throughout the entire hotel. Will definitely look to stay again.

It was a very comfortable and safe location. The hotel staff were extremely competent and friendly. The later checkout time also came in handy. Very close to the lumen field upscale decor, worth every penny. Valet parking was super slick too.
