the place was great! it was so clean! lots of space and very accommodating. we had two dogs and there were no pet fees to rent this place! the pictures depicted the place exactly how it was! great views of the water! it is right under the freeway, but once you’re inside the townhouse you can’t hear any of the freeway noise, it’s so sound proof! chad is super responsive and was a great host!the place does only come with one designated parking spot but there is street parking for extra vehicles.overall great place! would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our first visit to Seattle. Convenient to all we needed for our weekend in there. Home was very comfortable and clean. The host was communicative. Fair warning there are a lot of steps-four floors- if you have very young children or older folks in your group, be aware if that could be an issue at all, it was not for us. As it’s a very new listing there are not a lot of basics stocked - aluminum foil, extra paper towels, seasonings, etc… I’m sure that will be remedied as more bookings are made. I would strongly recommend this property if staying in Seattle.
