The Space:
This home has been completely rebuilt with a fresh, modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and welcoming space perfect for gathering with friends or family.

The designer kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, including a built-in fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.

The home comfortably sleeps six guests across three cozy and well-lit bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a pull-out trundle. The two full bathrooms are brand-new, featuring beautiful finishes and custom shower doors. The laundry room has a brand-new washer and dryer which adds convenience for longer stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, yard, redwood deck, and parking area. The long, narrow driveway opens up to a large parking area that fits 4 cars and includes a two-car carport. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock.

Located on a quiet flag lot just off E. Hurlbut Avenue, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being incredibly close to everything. You can easily stroll or bike to Sebastopol’s local favorites, including the artisanal shops and eateries at The Barlow, Whole Foods for groceries, and HopMonk Tavern for live music and craft beer. The town is known for its vibrant community, with nearby hiking trails and weekend farmers markets waiting to be explored. Its central location also makes it an ideal launchpad for Sonoma Coast and wine country adventures.

Getting Around:
On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars, including a carport. While many of Sebastopol's attractions are within walking or biking distance, a car is recommended for exploring the greater Sonoma County area.
