Good location and friendly staff. Although this didn’t bother me, it could be a bit noisy at night due to some night walkers on the street.

We pretty much likes everything about the property. My wife and I travel a lot and normally go to very good hotels which are bigger, but we wanted to try a boutique hotel this time and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 6 nights. For starters, their people are wonderful, with a special shout out to Martina at the front desk and the young lady that runs the breakfast (we should know her name). The location is great, the hotel is in great condition. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a really good size. We tend to be on the picky side, and honestly we can’t find anything bad to say. Keep it up!

We stayed here on our last night in Italy to be close to the train station. To be honest the host of this Guesthouse was very communicative and the directions were clear on how to get in. The concept of using technology to check in was very cool. The real issue for us was the location felt very unsafe. We saw a crack pipe being used on the street outside and multiple people in distress outside and close by this location. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based solely on those things. The inside of the property was modern and very nice though. So no complaints there.

The location and the room space were excellent! The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Only the shower water was cold.

there was a party at a neighbor till past mid night.
