"Der Campingplatz hat uns sehr überzeugt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von der Küche bis zur überdachten Terrasse, sogar ein Gasgrill war vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders praktisch ist der Supermarkt (SuperU), der in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.Ein Geheimtipp von uns: Abends nach Sonnenuntergang einfach außerhalb des Europa Parks spazieren gehen. "Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!"
