Clean room, maybe slightly outdated. Air conditioning isn’t really air conditioning, just blows air. Much cooler to open the door to the balcony which was a lovely touch. Mini fridge for our own drinks and a whole mini kitchen with plates, cutlery and cups etc. you could even cook there if you wish. Bathroom was separate to the toilet which was great. Lovely soft beds. Tv was just basic local channels but didn’t bother us. Overall really good value for money. We ended up paying 2 euros for parking on the public spots outside.

Lovely hotel that met the needs of a family of four. The location is the key, as it is central to the old town. We used the hotel to explore Strasbourg. The breakfast included was good.

Great local five star hotel with charm. The only thing I miss Puls say is that the gym was only good if you want to do cardio, but nothing for strength training. The Sauna and Steam room, jacuzzi was an additional cost of 25 Euros per person, which for 5 stars should be free and the Gym should be properly equipped. Other than that it was a great experience. Do call for directions when you arrive by car, as GPS will quote you to a pedestrian zone.

Beautiful room, with everything you could require. The pillows were the best we had slept on in 3weeks touring Europe. The view of the canal -Spectacular. The room was quiet and the AC worked well in the extreme heat. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. It is gorgeous and the staff is so helpful! They kept our bags when our room wasn’t ready and had them delivered at no charge. We got maps and recommendations from the front desk. It was so clean and airy with a soak tub my son enjoyed. The windows may have been my favorite part. Highly recommend

The location is right in the middle of the main area. There are plenty of restaurants and sights to see nearby. There aren't many amenities offered by the hotel, but its location makes up for that. The room was small, but comfortable.
