"This is no reflection on Andrea, but the cleaner that she hired. The floors were dirty, and the windows were dirty. Lots of dust on the lamps. I would suggest that and have a conversation with the cleaner . We had to wear our shoes because the floor was so dirty and her feet are getting black"
