Wohnung okay. Umfeld weniger.
Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnanlage dagegen ist auf dem absteigenden Ast. Viele leere Ladenlokale, mässig gepflegte Außenanlagen, schmutziges Treppenhaus. Wenige Meter von der Wohnung war ein Varietézelt inkl. Kirmes, dessen laute Musik täglich, tageweise sogar zweimal, bis 22:00 Uhr zu hören war. Von einer direkt unter der Wohnung liegenden Pizzeria drang regelmäßig Pizza- und Zigarettengeruch in die Wohnung. Lüften war daher nur bedingt möglich. Fazit: Wohnung gut, Umfeld störend.

Objekt gut, Organisation schlecht
Zuallererst war die Ferienwohnung sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Was das angeht waren wir sehr zufrieden. Allerdings war der Check In nicht gut organisiert. Wir hatten bis wir vor Ort waren keine Infos wann und wo wir die Schlüssel kriegen. Wir sind erst umher geirrt und haben eine Anlaufstelle gesucht, die es aber nicht gab. Ich habe mich dann Telefonisch gemeldet und habe auch jemanden erreicht. Die Person am Telefon wusste überhaupt nicht das wir heute anreisen, das wurde ihr nicht vom Eigentümer mitgeteilt. Sie konnte dies aber wohl mit dem Eigentümer klären. Wir mussten dann noch 15 Minuten warten bis jemand vor Ort war. Wir haben dann die Schlüssel bekommen allerdings wurde uns nichts gezeigt nur beschrieben wo wir hin müssen. Wir mussten also einige Sachen erstmal suchen. Die Wohnung war wenigstens sauber, aber für eine angegebene 'Komplettaustattung' jetzt auch nicht perfekt ausgestattet gewesen. Mussten entweder noch Geld drauf bezahlen oder uns noch einiges vor Ort kaufen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, aber die Organisation kann man noch um einiges ausbauen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser super ausgestatteten und vor allem toll gepflegten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Auch die Größe war für uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene , Teenager 16 Jahre) völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung im Seepark Sellin
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Räume waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der große Balkon lud vormittags zu einem Frühstück im Freien ein, inkl. Morgensonne. Ein weiterer kleinerer Balkon mit 2 Sitzplätzen war vom Schlafzimmer aus zu erreichen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Seepark, ein Supermarkt war in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Mitnutzung des Ahoi Schwimmbades das sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man über Fuß- oder Radwege relativ schnell in das Zentrum von Sellin gelangen. Der Vermieter war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung klar zu empfehlen!

Moderne Ferienwohnung - hinter klassischer Bäderarchitektur
Eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, perfekt gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Binnenhafen, Bahnhof und besonders schön, dem Freizeitbad. (Eintritt inkl.) Netter Kontakt auch zum Vermieter, der sich sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend zeigte.

Ferienwohnung für Paare und kleinere Familien
Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Es war alles vorhanden wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Ausgangslage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Der Weg zum Strand ist allerdings ein paar Minuten weiter als vorher gedacht, aber an sich gar kein Problem zu Mal die Bäderbahn einen auch direkt vorm Haus abholt und zum Strand bringen kann, wenn man nicht gerade einen Kinderwagen dabei hat wie wir. Sellin ist wunderschön und auf jeden Fall einen Urlaub wert.

Rundum ein toller Urlaub
Unkomplizierter, schneller und angenehmer Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter, als auch zum Service (Frau Neumann) vor Ort. Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere, geschmackvoll, hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Brötchen vom Bäcker bei Edeka um die Ecke und Pizza beim netten Italiener unten! Wir sind sehr geruchsempfindlich und hatten Bedenken wegen der Pizzeria, aber das hält sich alles in Grenzen und hat uns nicht gestört. Sellin ist ein angenehmer Urlaubsort mit einer sehenswerten Seebrücke und schönem Südstrand. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Fahrradtouren oder andere Unternehmungen. Tiefgarage, Fahrradraum und Spassbad - alles inklusive, was will man eigentlich mehr? Absolut empfehlenswert! Kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft. Ps.: Neue Matratzen wären gut, der Vermieter ist bei allem sehr hinterher und wird sie bestimmt bald austauschen.
