"Fabulous hotel, considering the price. Clean, classy rooms, very helpful staff, free airport shuttle. They even have two lovely restaurants: one modern, and another all traditional. Top quality."

"Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location "

"The location is great and quiet, but it feels like a government-owned hotel "

"Spa"

"I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here."

"The Da'aMat staff is always friendly. My room was cleaned daily. The only problem was the smell that came up from the drain in the bathroom."

"The hotel is well maintained and the hotel staff were very helpful."

"Good place & location"

"Clean room and clean bathroom breakfast"
