I upgraded myself to the Double Delux room, other than the bigger space in the room, I was rather unimpressed with the extra amount that I paid for. Not value for the amount, I should have stayed in a standard room.

The grounds are really beautiful, the sheets feel lovely and the staff are very nice. But- the hotel is aging. The beds are too soft for us. We had constant problems with the central control for the lights, room temperature, and Do Not Disturb/Make up the Room light not working properly. We complained twice in 5 nights but it never worked consistently. A big drawback for me is you don't have total control of the temperature in your own room. The hotel chooses between heat and AC so, in spring or fall, that can be a problem. Another drawback is the hotel is not close to anything. In the morning the only way to get a proper cup of coffee before 10 a.m. is to pay for the $35 breakfast, which has to be reserved the day before and is non-refundable. After 10, the lobby bar opens and you can get a $13 cafe latté. Yes, they leave 2 coffee bags (like tea bags) in your room but no whitener or sugar. And it was very weak when I tried it. The final thing, my husband went to the front desk about a half hour before the forest walk our first morning there to ask how to join. He was told to go wait by the front door. The man leading the forest walk refused to allow him to go even though there were only six or eight people (the limit is 25) saying he hadn't signed up. It felt quite mean. I complained to the manager Mr. Kwan and he basically shrugged it off as a mistake. We never tried another of their wellness amenities.

호텔 정원과 제주의 산세 및 서귀포 바다가 한 눈에 조이는 조망권 마음 에 들었어요. 답답한 가슴이 탁 트이는 듯한 시원함을 느낌ㆍ 수영장도 복잡하지 않고 선베드도 여유 있어 휴양 시간이 즐거웠너요 아쉬운점은 온수풀외에 수영장 수온 너무 낮은듯한데 발 디딛는 순간 너무 차가운 느낌 강했어요. 저만 느낀것일까요? 그외 조식 등 매우 만족함

스파엔 부유물이 둥둥 떠다니고 옷장 문이랑 샤워실 문은 고정이 안되어 자동으로 자꾸 열리고 산속에 있는데 편의점도 없어서 불편하고 프로그램 좋다고 안내받아서 신청하려니 다 마감이래고 조식 좋다기에 가봤더니 비용 대비 별로더라구요 직원들은 한결같이 모두 매우 친절합니다

사람들 너무 붐비지 않고 하룻밤 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛나고 좋았습니다. 별하나 뺀건 욕조에 때가 있어서 반신욕을 못했네요. 그것 빼고는 만족스런 숙소였습니다~

안내 데스크의 친절한 안내에 박수 보냅니다

처음 이용하는 숙소인데, 강풍, 폭설 날씨에 어떤 경로로 찾아가야 하는지 막막했는데, 숙박 전부터 여러 경로로 접근하는 방법을 안내해주셨습니다. 폭우, 폭설 시에는 어떤 경로를 이용해야 할 지 안내해주셔서 무사히 숙소엘 찾아갔습니다. 퇴실 시에도 자동차 운행은 어떻게 해야 할 지 친절히 안내해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 싱잉볼 체험도 좋았구요. 제주 여행 시 또 숙박하고 싶은 곳이였고, 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶은 좋은 곳이였습니다. 봄에 또 가고 싶네요. 친절한 안내에 감사했습니다.~~~

환경친화적인 호캉스

산책로가 정말 좋아요. 아침 산책은 충분히 힐링되는 시간이었습니다. 무료 웰니스 프러그램(스위밍 캄)을 25분? 경험했는데, 짧아서 아쉬웠습니다. 유료는 비용이 비싸...^^; 수영장에서 놀았는데, 겨울이어서 야외 수영장은 이용못했어요. 야외 자쿠지는 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 여유있으면 2박하면서 하루 종일 호텔에서 머물며 수영하거나 산책하면서 환경친화적인 호캉스를 해도 좋을 것 같아요.

어머니 모시고 갔는데 전반적으로 너무 좋았어요 직원들의 친절함에 한순간 한순간이 기분이 좋았어요 조식도 훌륭했습다 다만 화장실 문이 유리문이라 방음도 잘 안되고 냄새도 방에 들어오는게 불편했어요. 그래서 주로 밖에 공용 화장실을 사용했습니다. 진짜 딱 이거 빼고는 침구도 청결도 분위기도 위치도 특히나 수영장도 너무 좋았습니다
