“I liked the cleanness of the room, but it was too warm in the room.
The front desk personnel was very helpful, especially three female staff were super kind and polite. I would like to thank those ladies who helped me kindly. But the male staff was too rude to ask any questions. He was reluctant to explain about the use of the use of a restaurant and the menu orders.
Over all it was a very nice place stay for a few days and relax.”

“Poor housekeeping. My room hasn't been cleaned for 2 days and I need to ask the hotel to give the supplements, such as towels, water etc. The hotel is also not located at the commercial centre of the city, so I have to take subway everyday to the centre of the city.”

“We liked the clean and spacious room. Everything was in good condition even though it is not brand new. The rooms get cleaned everyday and towels get replaced everyday.
We had bathtub but the shower head linked to it wasn’t working. The one that was working was right by the toilet so we had deal with wet floor and shower space overselves.”
