Hotel Atrium is an average hotel. The room was very basic and includes the bare minimum like beds, a washroom, and a mini fridge. It was also clean but you could tell the hotel has been around as the carpets have visible stain spots. There’s also a subtle scent but nothing too bothersome. The main winning point for the room is how spacious it is. Location is decent. It’s right next to Gwangjang Market. Luckily public transportation in Seoul is very advanced so bussing and subway made it easy to get to different parts of the city.

It's a perfectly reasonable place to stay in korea. There aren't many extras, but the room is clean and gives you a place to sleep and keep your luggage. Hotel staff pretty much ignores you until you engage.

Very clean rooms and facility. The front desk staff helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had many choices and plenty to eat. Good location and the room was fairly large in comparison to others in the area.

The only negative points: not all receptionists spoke fluent English and the hotel doesn't offer a wake-up call service (I had to rely on my cell phone alarm). However, the hotel's location is perfect, the room was very good, and the entire staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good, with many options. Overall, the review was very positive, and it's a place I would stay again.

My non smoking room smelled smoky and the building and room was just worn down; no way this is a 4 star hotel; also, no amenities: no gym, no laundry, no legit coffee machine; no bath towels. Plus, the room is cramped; no leg room with the toilet; one redeeming feature is the location; right across from the famous market

The room was clean and the amenities are nice. This hotel lacks a laundry facility, so my family had to find a nearby laundromat to wash our clothes. The staff was very helpful and helped us with our requests. The hotel is in a decent location close by Myeong-dong and convenient to get to from Seoul station.
