Staff were excellent and responded quickly using Whatsapp. Facilities were really good, gym, 2 pools, pool room and reading room. Room was clean and had lots of extras like a washing machine, iron, slippers, fridge & freezer, kitchen utensils and more. My complaints would be that maintenance and upkeep of equipment in all of Malaysia is poor. For example none of the running machines in the gym were working and they all had signs on them saying Maintenance required. My second issues was the noise levels coming from the apartment above. It sounded like they were scrapping furniture across the floor till 2:00 am. I complained to the hotel and they did speak to the tenets above us. It was only later when the sound continued did we realise it was the sliding door to the toilet which was making a lot of noise in the apartment above. Again a maintenance issue.
