Very basic room for a five star hotel. Dark and box like, with little comfort. Transparent plastic chairs with no cushions were the only other place to sit than the bed. I felt as though I had been given the last room, on the ground floor with little of note about it.
However, staff were very friendly and helpful, despite my poor French. Nothing wrong with the property but compared to most places I stay of this class and price I felt it was a bit underwhelming.

"The staff were very lovely and helpful and the common area was a nice touch to have a cup of coffee and rest during the day. I thought the rooms were lacking warmth and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Room is very small."
