There was just 1 guy standing near the perpetually crowded lobby giving out the keycard and his command of English wasn’t great. Good enough to tell you that you would be held responsible for any violation of house rules. Additional keycards required a further deposit of RM200, so cough up if you’re travelling in a big group and need flexibility. 1 parking lot allocated per apartment.
