The villa was lovely and clean had everything we needed , 5 friends staying , bedrooms were a decent size , was a bit cold to get much use out of the pool, unfortunately, dog next door does bark when you go past but stops when out of sight, so not an issue for us! Bus stop a 10 minute walk away into Lisbon.

Base for golf

We were a party of 3 friends playing golf in the surrounding area. The property is modern, clean and comfortable, and is in a quiet location. The kitchen is well kitted out with cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery etc - although we ate out every evening as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Each bedroom has access to a balcony and has plenty of storage - although one of the rooms has partially-restricted headroom due to roofline. The property was ideal for us and can highly recommend it.

The house itself was very nice. As others mentioned, there is a nuisance dog next door that disrupted the comfort & peace of arriving at the home. The driveways are side by side, with only a low brick wall separating them. The dog puts its paws on top of the wall & barks loudly over and into the host's driveway. Overall, our stay was very nice and our walk-through with the host was very thorough. We also had a nice bottle of wine to welcome us. However, the soft housewares (towels, pillows, bedding, etc.) need to be updated. The bed was extremely firm & low for us. We only had 1 bath towel & wash cloth each, it would have been nice to have the luxury of having another set of clean towels to bath with & the towels were worn. I personally, would never have towels like that for guests. The pillows were flat and there were no extra of those either. The kitchen sponges were old & dirty and the water pressure in the showers was low. Additionally, I assume most people are traveling from afar & may want to visit the beaches- beach towels in the house would also be nice. We bought some and left them there. Hopefully they will keep them for future guest to enjoy. These are a few things that could have enhanced our stay; but overall, we were happy.

Très belle maison bien équipée

Magnifique maison spacieuse avec tous les équipements. Bien entretenue, moderne, propre climatisation dans toutes les pièces, cuisine hyper équipée et tous les ustensiles disponibles. Extérieur spacieux et agréables soleil et ombre. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. avec une voiture tout est est proche, facile, plein de choses à faire et à visiter. Adultes, ados et enfants sont ravis. Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

Tivemos uma estadia fantástica, a casa tinha de tudo para nos proporcionar, muito limpo e organizado. O melhor de tudo é o jardim com piscina. A casa situa-se numa zona tranquila mas ao mesmo tempo perto de todas as facilidades e acesso fácil tanto para Lisboa como para outras partes do país.A simpatia imensa da Dona Maria Cruz e do seu esposo fez toda a diferença. Azeitao mit Pool

Check in 22.00 Uhr war kein Problem. Vermieter spricht Französisch und Portugisisch, das war etwas kompliziert. Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, einige Haken im Bad wären wünschenswert.

Belle maison tout confort

La location correspondait à notre attente avec un excellent accueil. Par contre l’environnement etait moyen à cause des chiens, des terrains vagues autour de la maison et de la piscine non engageante à l’arrivée mais plus opérationnelle dès le mercredi.

tres belle villa

Très belle villas pouvant accueillir 3 couples avec chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain , la cuisine bien équiper en machine ou autre , belle piscine un peu fraiche fin du mois de mai , le seul petit inconvénient l aboiement de chien assez souvent dans la journée , avoir ou prévoir un véhicule pour aller faire vos course et visiter le pays

La nostra Casa a Setubal

Villa Confortevole e ben attrezzata, che pur essendo situata ad una trentina di km a sud di Lisbona è in una posizione che permette di raggiungere rapidamente il cuore della città, attraversando il ponte 25 April, ma anche tutta la zona a nord della capitale da Mafra a Sintra, da Cascais e Cabo de Roca, attraversano lo spettacolare ponte Vasco de Gama. Nella penisola dove è situata, imperdibile è una visita a capo Espichel e Sesimbra. Parfait pour des vacances relaxantes !!!

La location correspond en tous points à la description et aux photos. Elle est très agréable à vivre et est très très bien équipée. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que la terrasse qui l’entoure et qui comprend plusieurs espaces différents (table pour le repas- salon extérieur - bains de soleil et ses matelas - barbecue). Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants tout en étant discrets. La communication avec eux a été excellente. Bref vous l’aurez compris, toute la famille recommande cette location qui permet de rester au calme et quand vous en avez envie de vous rendre facilement à Lisbonnne, Setúbal ou Sesimbra !! Merci pour ces magnifiques vacances !

Superbe maison

La maison est juste magnifique, très propre, très bien équipé. Très bien pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Très bon accueil par Manuel (le beau papa) personne très rigolote et prend son rôle très au sérieux. Très réactif et très bon échange avec notre hôte. Je recommande à 1000%. Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux. La maison est exactement comme décrite: très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Il ne manquait absolument rien. Situation idéale, proche de Sétubal et Lisbonne est facile à rejoindre.
