Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it."

"Unfortunately the hotel structure makes it difficult to describe the hotel as a boutique experience.It was fine for 2 nights,great walking nearby,but the finish of the hotel is poor.Having read previous reviews the management have improved many of the previous complaints.Air conditioning was in the rooms,breakfast buffet was topped up regularly etc.Its the finish of the hotel that is poor,flooring,shower flooded bathroom etc.None of this is the fault of the staff but the design & build.No easy fix"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money.
