We joked that we were not ready to go home and nature answered. We had a huge storm that night and it knocked down a ton of large trees and lines, blocking our only exit off the mountain. When we were not able to leave until very late in the afternoon due to having to wait for help, they allowed us to stay an additional night for free since we had little kids and would not get home until early the next morning. We were so grateful as we were exhausted. The beds are incredibly comfortable, pool, hot tub and showers were incredibly clean and well maintained. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room. We also wanted to take the chairs in the movie theater home! Great view and easy check in process. Communication was great. Bring coffee or kpods though. I generally do but had the last two places provide kpods so I gambled as we were running out of space, and I won't take that gamble again šŸ˜‚. From the pool - to the game room we were constantly entertained. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The only .. and I mean ONLY downside is that is pretty far to travel to any of the main attractions to Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg.
