Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent. We don't provide toiletries. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than couple of days and/or you are traveling with a large party.
Guest Rules:
* Must be 21 to rent this cabin.
* You have to sign rental agreement and there will be credit card hold of $500 placed 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 14 days after departure.
* No smoking or vaping in the cabin $1000 penalty fee.
* During winter, icy conditions may occur; a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. We DO NOT HAVE STEEP ROADS.
* Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or the system may back up and there will be a fee passed through to the guest.
* Hot tub water may be heating upon arrival due to back-to-back guest arrivals; it will be ready within a few hours.
* No Parties/Events: We request that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own, ensuring it remains in pristine condition for future guests and your potential return visits. To be considerate of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
* The cabin is surrounded by a rich variety of wildlife; encountering bugs is rare but part of the mountain experience. If you have any issues with wildlife, you must contact us immediately during your stay so we can take action.
* Refund Policy: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for weather-related incidents, natural disasters, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard your travel plans, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance, which can offer coverage in case of cancellation outside of our policy window.
