Cozy and somewhat comfy

Our cabin was very clean and pretty cozy. Communication with house mgt was good and directions to cabin were easy to follow. Although the cabin was secluded and private from the area community it was not secluded and private from the four other cabins that surrounded it. The trees didn’t create enough privacy and we were able to hear loud music and conversations of other people. The hot tub on the front porch was ok but without privacy we felt we could only use the hot tub at night. The cabin itself was really nice and it was clean and the only thing needing changed there is the bed. The bed was not good as it would make you roll into the middle of the bed. Overall out stay was average due to the privacy issues and the bed. Otherwise, a great little cabin that is clean and cozy.

Loved this cabin

Loved it only complaint I have is that I figured it claiming to be remote wouldn't have 4 or 5 different people around but wasn't a huge deal definitely a cozy cabin especially if it's just 2 people definitely recommend

Nice quiet getaway.

Place was very nice. Only improvements I would suggest is get a king size bed and a chest of drawers. The bigger bed would make it much better and some place to put clothes would be great.

Attention to Detail

It was a nice place but windows were filthy, ruining the view. Shower curtain liner was covered in rust. Needed replaced. TV in pack room didn't work right and video game was stuck in demo mode.

No comfort available

Horrible bed sinks in. Water is horrible do not be a blond . The tub and toilet were rusty and not clean . I have had rusty water you can fix it and clean it. Went yo cool stove had not been cleaned build up of grease. No comfortable chairs to sit on outside to enjoy view the chairs could hold a small child . Hot tub do not enter filthy dirty . Could take a little money to fix it up for comfort . You go on vacation expect comfort and cleanliness not at the cabin. Never again my hard earned money and vacation time wasted.

Our Vacation

My boyfriend and I arrived at the cabin and we absolutely loved the location and privacy that it has. It was perfect for us and our dog! We even enjoyed the games that it offers. The only thing we wished that it had was a firepit outside. We really didnt have any complaints, just make sure to bring dish soap and garbage bags and such if your staying awhile.

Review.

When looking at this cabin online, it looked spectacular. There was everything we wanted for our little get away. I was told that I would be able to do express check-in if I sent my information to Aunt Bug's. However, even though I sent the info and got a confirmation text, I did not receive an email containing the info for the cabin. That can be overlooked though. Check in process was still easy. When we got to the cabin, we noticed some things that were off about it. For starters the hot tub that was put in the description of the cabin did not have any water in it. When we called Aunt Bug's for an explanation, they apologized saying that it was a mistake and that if we had a hose to start filling the hot tub up and they would be out in the morning to fix it. Well when they did come out we told them we could not find a hose to fill it up and the man asked us if the cleaners came back to fill it up. It seems like they have a bit of a communication problem. None the less they did fix and fill up our hot tub but we lost a day with it that I paid for. The shower was a nasty yellow stained shower that did not have good water pressure. In fact, we could not run more than one water source at a time or one of them would shut off. Some of the kitchen appliances stopped working on the second day, so most of our groceries we bought had to be thrown out because there was no way to cook them. The game room they advertise in the description was not what I was expecting. The game machine would not let us play any games. Overall, excluding the shower, the house seemed relatively clean. We did go out and explore Tennessee while we were there. I have to say sadly I will probably never rent from Aunt Bug's again. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help, but if we were to call about all the problems we had, we would have no peace and quiet for our trip. However I am just one person giving my opinion and if anyone feels the need to try it for themselves go right ahead don't let me ruin your Tennessee adventure.

Wonderful!

Was super easy even though I'm not teck savvy. Read the bad reviews & rented anyway. SO glad I did. Privacy was awesome. Location was awesum. We absolutely loved everything about it! We are looking forward to be able to reserve again in the future!

Don't stay here.

We had to buy our own pillows and blanket. The bed was so bad the mattress needs replaced. I spoke to the management company and they said they would have one out that day or the next and it didn't happen. The place had 4 towels for a week-long stay. We had to purchase soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and trash bags. The bed was so bad we couldn't sleep in it together. It sank in the middle. The slanted couch was more confortable. Now we need to see a chiroprator.
