Beautiful penthouse brand new in the center of Seville.
Ideal for families or work groups.
The accommodation is extremely bright, quiet and quiet, ideal to rest, relax or work.
It is located in the central district of Santa Catalina and is equipped with a work area, with high speed internet connection (Wifi and / or Lan).
It consists of spacious and elegant living room with two comfortable triplets, two armchairs, shelves, chairs, work area, TV 37 "with satellite and channels" Movistar + "Cable television with multiple private channels and international channels.
Separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of them Suite, 2 bathrooms and terrace.
Bedroom 1, two single beds, bedroom 2, two single beds with entrance to the bathroom, bedroom 3 two single beds facing the terrace. Second bathroom with entrance from the hallway. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and hairdryer. Shampoo / gel included.
All beds are individual so they can be joined or separated according to the wishes of the guests.

The kitchen is prepared with all the necessary appliances and utensils to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant.
They have all the necessary bedding, and bathroom.
The house has two A / C systems and central heating with two separate areas, bedrooms and living areas.

Great stay in Seville

This spot is located fairly centrally. Excellent neighborhood feel and easy access to walk wherever you may want in 30 minutes. We loved our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

This apartment is a perfect place to explore Seville from. It is well furnished, spotless, very comfortable and located in a great neighborhood near many restaurants and shops. The terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. Jose Luis was a super-gracious and attentive host, and helped us several times with booking logistics and other questions. We give our highest recommendation to Jose Luis and his Seville apartment!

Very spacious house, conveniently located in Seville. Walkable distance from all tourist attractions, Flamenco classes etc.My wife and I had a great stay at Seville. José was an amazing host and supported us throughout the stay.Would love to stay here again.

Perfect place

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was top notch. He did everything to answer questions and help us out. You could tell he wanted to make sure we would enjoy the apartment and the area. Great area to walk to the major sights and shopping. It really was one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. Would not stay any place else in Seville!

Lovely Penthouse

The apt was as advertised spacious well appointed and central to the attractions. Check in was seamless and exceeded in ease above many other VRBo rentals. Jose was gracious to make available a host of recommendations for local restaurants and sites. We enjoyed our stay.

Seville stay

This was a very comfortable and immaculate place to stay. It was very well situated just up the street from a lively square with lots of street life and close enough to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Having an elevator was a bonus.

Great place that we would definitely come back to!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The communication with Jose Luis was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions we had and had great suggestions on places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Three Weekends stay in Seville

We had a perfect stay and a very nice time. The apartment is great and very tastefully decorated. José Luis is the perfect host and always helpful. The apartment is quietly located in a side street and only 70 meters from a small square where there are some nice bars. I can only recommend the apartment and would book it again.

Beautiful accommodation!

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Great Location in Seville

Nicely decorated and well equipped, this 3BR, 2BA property worked extremely well for our party of 4. Close to excellent restaurants and groceries, it was walking distance, or easy taxi rides, to the major attractions. Jose Luis was very supportive and attentive.

Lovely central apartment and great service

Lovely apartment - clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location - on a quiet street but with bars, restaurants and shops nearby and easy walk to the main sights. Jose Luis made the check in and check out process very easy for us (despite our late arrival due to plane delays) and offered us great local tips and we really appreciated the breakfast and snack items provided for our arrival.

Excellent location and responsive owner

Everything we needed--restaurants, bakery, groceries, pharmacy, parking, and taxis--are within easy reach. No more than two blocks, in fact. The owner kept in regular contact and provided a lot of useful information that made our stay easy. Highly recommended for sightseeing in Seville.

Lovely apartment

We were charmed the moment we opened the door of the apartment. It's spacious, very clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also very comfortable and we appreciated the finer touches that justify the use of the word luxury to describe the property.We enjoyed the items that Jose Luis provided, including coffee, wine,eggs, milk -- and it's nice to have some basics so that you don't immediately need to find a grocery.We would highly recommend this property, and will use it again if we're back in Sevilla.

An absolute gem!

My family of four (including 8 and 6 year old girls) loved this place. The location is great - on a quiet street without traffic but just walking distance to many plazas, cafes, and Las Setas. The apartment itself is spacious - one bedroom with two beds in the front and two bedrooms in the back. Two large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! We took advantage of the outdoor patio for some quiet reading time in the sun.José Luis was very prompt with his responses to questions we had. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we needed it. We were sad to leave - it was a great spot!

A superb property

Jose Louis was a wonderful host for this excellent property. We enjoyed the many helpful suggestions sent by Jose Louis for restaurants and suggested sights. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with appliances, coffee and condiments. The neighbourhood is not overly-touristy but within walking distance of the main attractions. We would definitely think of coming back to this property.

Sevilla Intrigue

Sevilla is a wonderfully walkable city! This apartment is well located to explore all the historic sites, tapas restaurants, and shopping. Our host Jose Luis was perfectly cordial, offering welcome advice when needed. Our six days in Sevilla were very memorable, and staying in this apartment made for a very comfortable stay!
