Terrace Alameda, Apartment in Seville, two bedrooms finished in April 2006, located on the second floor of a building located in the central Alameda de Hércules. The building has an elevator and has the option of a parking space in the basement.  
  
Great amplitude (85m2) and magnificent qualities. Fully furnished in modern and functional style. It has an entrance hall, a double bedroom and a double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room and fully fitted kitchen.  
  
Bedroom 1: equipped with built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and chairs; double bed (150x190cms).  
  
Bedroom 2: equipped with built-in wardrobe, bedside table and two beds (90 x 200cms)  
  
Bathroom: with shower, washbasin and W.C.  
  
Living-Dining room: spacious, with large window access to the patio terrace, acoustic insulation with double glazed windows. Furnished with a double sofa bed and sofas, chairs, T.V., DVD, mini-stereo, dining table (6 chairs), side tables.  
  
Kitchen: equipped with all the utensils for 6 services, equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, electric juice extractor and water heater.  
  
Patio terrace: equipped with outdoor table with 6 chairs.

#### Nice appartment in lively part of old Sevilla

Our stay in Sevilla was very good thanks to this good accommodation. Most necessary equipment is present, the rooms are nicely decorated and the location is near all kind of public transport.

#### Drei schöne Tage in Sevilla

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Bei heißen Tempaturen im August in Sevilla war die Klimanlage super. Miguel hat uns durch die Stadt zur Wohnung gelotst. Lage super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
