“Ottima accoglienza, camera silenziosa e pulita, colazione eccellente ”

“The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging……

“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“Close to the Train Centrale; a 10 min leisure walk. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. ”

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci sono scaffali al posto dell'armadio e questo penalizza chi soggiorna più a lungo. ”
