Mucha humedad en el cuarto mucha tela de araña el aire sucio les falta atención para las habitaciones

Overall my stay was good, breakfast and staff were good. My room could have used a better cleaning of the small details. But overall my stay was good.

While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used to stop at a HIE for the breakfasts. That is no longer a game changer. Abilene, TX is not Manhatten, NY. How HIE justifies over $300 a night in Abilene, TX is beyond me. Rooms are cheaper in Austin and Dallas. It is unlikely I will be staying at the HIE in Abilene in the future, or any other HIE that charge such exhorbitant rates. When I asked for a business area to print out my boarding passes I discovered none was available at this location. I thought this was generally standard at hotels of this level. The most inferior experience I can remember at a HIE.
