"Location was convenient but the building comprises of 2 hotels, shops & offices. Not exclusive for the hotel guests. Nevertheless staff was friendly & rooms were large & clean. Enjoyed their free hi tea every day. "

"Polite and helpful Frontline staff, housekeeping staff and technical staff. Impressed by the timely response, usually within 10 minutes for housekeeping and technical assistances. Spacious & clean room although the room could be brighter. The hotel is by the roadside, but there was no twice noise, my room is just opposite the lift lobby, but it is quiet. Very good sound proofing. The rooms come with excellent river view. Likely to stay here again."

"Love the location of this hotel! All the eateries and shopping is within walking location. Also a non smoking hotel. 2nd night, though we can smell some cigarette smoke in the corridor but the room is not affected which I'm super glad."
