"床跟枕頭不是很乾淨，還有殘留上一位客人的頭髮和餅乾屑！唱歌的部分也是到現場才知道包棟才能唱….. 安全性也不是很好，大門隨便都能開門進去，加上垃圾也要自己收～以住宿來說不是很周全的服務，入住時自己的名字都寫在桌上的紙，寄放行李也沒人管，安全性很不好"

From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and consistently polite. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went out their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress free. The room itself was spotless. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority here, the linens were fresh, the bathroom was immaculate, and everything was well organized and maintained. It made relaxing after a long day so much easier. One of the biggest highlight of this hotel is its convenience. Getting from point A to point B was effortless, whether I was heading out for sightseeing, dining, or transportation. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. I also noticed there were several areas and facilities within the building that I didn’t get the chance to explore during my stay. They looked inviting and well designed, and I would definitely love to experience more of the atmosphere and amenities the next time I visit Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
