"This hotel is 5 star but some of the stars have fallen off. The rooms are comfortable and clean but could really do with refurbishing. The hotel is very quiet and dated there are better hotels near by, sorry."

"Do not stay at this hotel. The internal management is a complete mess. I booked a room but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called the front desk, they assured me that a refund would not be an issue. Following their advice, I contacted the booking platform, but it turned out that a different department handles such matters, and the front desk failed to coordinate with them. This ultimately resulted in my cancellation request not being processed in time. I tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, and although they promised to call me back, they never did."
