The property: Two-level cottage on Goose Pond, which is connected to Mousam Lake (additionally, boat ramp to Square Pond is 7 minutes away). Excellent location:

- Lake Winnipesaukee and Wolfeboro, NH: 41 minutes
- Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Portland, ME and Portsmouth, NH: 1 hour or less.

Kayaks are available for use by renters; however, renters acknowledge and agree that they use the kayaks or swim at the lake at their own risk.
