“Reserved a king size bed room, arrived and checked in, but was told no more king size beds, only two queens. Bed was extremely too hard in which I didn’t sleep well. Shower tub was slippery in which my husband almost fell. Lots of noise above us which kept us up most the night. Didn’t end until around 3am. Kids or others running back and forth causing lots of thumping above us. They came to the first floor running down the halls laughing. It was a horrible night.”
