The hall ways had a smell to it. The room had a TV issue with the cable/ satellite system, and would not work when trying to turn on! Had the maintenance person come out 2 different times to correct the issue!

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
Room was fine. Just every morning at breakfast their landscaper was using a gas blower that ruined the whole experience. Very loud. No common sense to not have that done or switch to electric so there is no noise. Also area is not walkable to any restaurants. Sorta in a bad spot.

Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest ...
