Shelburne County Museum Tours

Great Location but be aware that Management will do everything they can to put extra charges on your bill. They Charged us twice for the room and they refuse to take the extra charge off until we check out. Upon checking out they told us they will not take the double charges on the room. We had to get Expedia and our CC company involved and it is still not resolved. There is something chady happening at the property. Stay away from this property.

Everything was unique especially the automated system. Enjoyed the spa. We had some difficulty using the living room tv. Could not find local channels. Everything was LG channels. Otherwise the location, decor and amenities was extraordinary. We will tell our friends about this wonderful place.

We enjoyed our room, the food and service in the restaurant and the central location. Only coaching that could be done was during check in and check out we had agents that mumbled making understanding very difficult….perhaps some coaching about how to speak to customers more clearly will help future guests.
