Individual room was very clean and nice. Lobby and breakfast area were very clean as well. Elevator, stairs, and halls were a little dirty and not air conditioned. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The pool was nice to use during some of the downtime we had. The breakfast was a very good standard breakfast. We would be happy stay here again if we were visiting the area again in the future.

Overall the place was very nice. Only complaint we had was the sheets on the bed seamed to hold heat and was very hot even with the air turned way down in the room.

The rooms in the service were very nice and clean. A little disappointed that the pool was closed on Labor Day considering it's still very hot in Georgia and I believe that the breakfast could definitely use some improvement. Everything is carb and sugar related. There wasn't a lot of fresh fruit or eggs and protein provided

I had to wait for the room to become available at check in time, although others were checking in and given rooms. i inquired about why and she said they were getting rooms on the second floor and they reserve rooms when the guest calls in and my room was on the 1st floor. i replied i did not ask for the 1st floor and would rather have a 2ndfloor. i have never heard of this procedure as it should be first come first served. 7 minutes later she gave me a 2nd floor room. she was not pleasant at all. also ants in the room. also do not like sinks outside of the bathroom. i would never stay there again!!!!!!

Our room was very clean. Bathroom also very clean and looked new. Great walk-in shower. I didn't care for the sink being outside of the bathroom and right next to the entry door, but it did have ample counter space and was also clean and looked new. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
